Shri Vivek Agarwal
With 30+ years of entrepreneurial experience, our Founder, Shri Vivek Agarwal, brings a strong foundation in finance, business strategy, and commercial leadership, supported by advanced studies in financial markets and finance from the University of Lucknow and Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow.
His entrepreneurial journey spans confectionery manufacturing, textile import & export, construction solutions, cement and building materials, giving him diverse experience across manufacturing, international trade, logistics, distribution, and business development.
He was also among the early entrepreneurs in Lucknow to introduce precast and prestressed concrete boundary-wall solutions, reflecting his forward-looking approach to emerging technologies and markets. With 10+ years of experience in the cement sector, including C&F operations for Binani, he developed strong expertise in supply chains, distribution networks and commercial operations.
Today, he brings this experience to the biomass pellet and briquette sector, with a vision to transform agricultural residues into productive renewable fuel — creating value for farmers, industries and the environment.
His entrepreneurial philosophy is built on innovation, integrity, adaptability and long-term value creation, with a commitment to contributing towards a cleaner and more sustainable energy future.
Shivam Agarwal
With a new-generation perspective in engineering, technology and innovation, Shivam Agarwal brings a multidisciplinary foundation in robotics, automation and intelligent technologies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia (2026).
His technical background spans robotics, automation, mechanical systems, electronics and process technologies, giving him a strong foundation for developing technology-driven and efficient manufacturing operations.
As COO, he oversees operations, process improvement, technology development, strategic execution and international client relationships, bringing an international outlook to the company’s growth and global market development.
Today, he brings his engineering expertise to the biomass pellet and briquette sector, focusing on automation, R&D, quality improvement, and efficient utilisation of agricultural residues to create better renewable fuel solutions.
His vision is built around innovation, technology, sustainability, and continuous improvement, with a commitment to building a smarter, more efficient, and globally competitive biomass energy business.
